Refund Policy

At Ecomcure LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality services to our customers. We understand that circumstances can change, and you may require a refund for various reasons. Please read our detailed refund policy below to understand the conditions under which we issue refunds.

1. Refund on Client’s Request

Once an order is confirmed and a professional is assigned to meet your service requirements, no changes can be made to the service. If there is any mistake in the agreement, it will be a matter between the client and the assigned professional. Therefore, refunds will not be issued in such cases.

  • Order Confirmation: Once you confirm your order, a professional from our network will be assigned to you. No refunds can be claimed once the order has been assigned.
  • Communication: After the professional is assigned, the team may contact you for further processing. If you fail to respond to communication attempts (calls, emails, or messages via WhatsApp) for 7 consecutive days, your order will be automatically canceled, and no refund will be issued.
  • Professional Approval: A refund request will only be considered after receiving approval from the assigned professional. If the professional does not approve the refund, it will be between the client and the professional, and Ecomcure LLC will not be responsible.
  • Documents and Compliance: Before placing an order, you are expected to have knowledge of the applicable government fees, compliance requirements, and necessary documents for the service. You are responsible for submitting all required documents to Ecomcure LLC within 15 days. If you fail to submit the required documents within this period, the order will be considered complete, and the balance payment will be due.
  • No Refund for Change of Mind or Delays: If you change your mind about the service or abandon your plans, no refund will be issued. Additionally, if you claim delays that are not caused by us or the professional, we will not grant a refund.
2. Refund in Case of Service Non-Delivery

In the event the assigned professional is unable to deliver the service due to unforeseen circumstances or lack of expertise, we will transfer your request to another professional. However, no refund will be granted for delays caused by government authorities, penalties, or rejections of your application. Any delay due to the government’s actions, including application rejections, is not the responsibility of Ecomcure LLC or the assigned professional.

  • Government Rejection: If your application is rejected by government authorities, no refund will be issued. If you wish to reapply, you will be required to pay 70% of the professional’s fee again for the process to start over.
  • Penalties and Fees: Any penalties or fees imposed by government authorities are the responsibility of the client. Neither Ecomcure LLC nor the professional will be liable for such payments.
3. Refund Procedure
  • Refund Processing: Refunds are processed only to the account from which the original payment was made. Refunds cannot be issued to any third-party account.
  • Refund Timing: Once the refund is approved by the professional, the refund process will begin. Refunds are typically issued within 30 to 60 days.
4. Escalation Procedure

If you have a concern or complaint, please follow these steps:

  • Level 1: First, email your assigned professional and cc [email protected]. We aim to resolve your issue within 7 business days.
  • Level 2: If you are not satisfied with the resolution, escalate the matter to our Nodal Officer by writing to [email protected]. The issue will be resolved within 7 working days. Please note that the decision at this stage is final.
5. No Refund for Change of Mind, Service Cancellation, or Claimed Delays

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The client changes their mind about the service after confirming the order.
  • The client abandons their service request.
  • The client claims delays in the service process that are outside of our control.
6. Refund for Consultant’s Inability to Perform Services

If the assigned professional is unable to deliver the service as agreed, a refund may be issued only if:

  • The professional confirms, in writing, their inability to perform the service.
  • The details are verified and reviewed by Ecomcure LLC before issuing the refund.
7. Important Terms
  • You must post your service inquiry on our website.
  • All payments must be made through the designated payment gateway.
  • We will assign a professional consultant to fulfill your service requirements within 1 hour after payment confirmation.
  • You must be aware of and provide all necessary documents to complete your service request.
  • Any documents required by government agencies or the professional must be submitted promptly.
